These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FuelNova, a petrol pump management software service ("Service") operated by Nexonowa IT Solutions ("we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
FuelNova provides software for managing petrol pump operations, including shift management, tank stock tracking, credit customer billing, accounting, and payroll, delivered as a hosted subscription service.
The Service is billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis, at the plan rate shown at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions are processed via Razorpay and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for uninterrupted service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity under your account, including actions taken by users you create (managers, attendants) within your pump location(s).
You retain ownership of the operational and business data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data and use it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access another customer's data, or to interfere with the Service's operation or security.
FuelNova is a record-keeping and management tool. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for your own compliance with applicable tax, labor, and business regulations. FuelNova does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on how cancellation affects billing and data access.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexonowa IT Solutions' liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding three months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have significantly overdue payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
