This Privacy Policy describes how Nexonowa IT Solutions ("we," "us," "FuelNova") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FuelNova petrol pump management software ("Service").
When you create an account, we collect your business name, your name, email address, phone number, and address. When you use the Service, we store the operational data you enter — shift readings, tank stock, purchases, credit customer records, staff and payroll details, and financial transactions — all scoped to your own account and pump location(s).
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details ourselves — Razorpay handles this in accordance with its own security standards and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. We retain only the subscription and billing status Razorpay provides us (such as payment success/failure and subscription renewal dates).
We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your business data to advertise to you or anyone else.
FuelNova is a multi-tenant platform — multiple businesses use the same software, each with their own account. Your operational and financial data is scoped to your account and is not visible to other customers.
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to reactivate, after which it may be deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including password hashing and access controls scoped to your account. No system is completely immune to risk, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
We use cookies only for essential purposes — keeping you logged in and protecting against cross-site request forgery. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
