You may cancel your FuelNova subscription at any time by contacting us via the Contact page. Cancellation stops future billing — your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each monthly billing period. Because the Service is provided continuously from the moment of payment, fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable, including if you cancel partway through that period.
If you are charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you had already cancelled — contact us and we will investigate and refund any confirmed billing error in full.
If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. If payment is not resolved within a reasonable period, your account access may be suspended until payment is completed.
After cancellation, your data is retained for a reasonable period in case you wish to resubscribe, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you move from one plan to another, billing adjusts from your next billing cycle — we do not pro-rate the current cycle for plan changes.
